CNC Seretny – machining opolskie

We specialise mainly in small and medium (10-10000 items / order) serial metal machining, i.e. from cutting and turning of the smallest parts to 5 axis milling on modern and highly precise, industrial CNC machines by DMG mori. We approach each customer individually. We like challenges. We have experience in machining a wide range of materials, ie. from all kinds of plastics, through grade level steel and stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, to hardened and heat resistant hastealloys or stellites. We also have our quality control center. We are young dynamic team that has been developing since 2014. We train and improve our qualifications on a regular basis.

The accumulated experience and our own facilities in the form of a CNC lathe with a maximum turning diameter fi200mm and a length of 220mm as well as a 5-axis DMG DMU 70 machining center with HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 control allows us to ensure precision in every detail of the commissioned project.

measuring scales and temperature compensation of each axis ensures the highest accuracy and repeatability of execution with simultaneous high machining dynamics up to 25m / min, and the rotary table (fourth and fifth axis) guarantees automated and smooth machining of parts without changing the fastening.
